This page explains what happens to the information you share when you request a workflow review.

What the form collects

We ask for your name, company, work email, and a description of the process you want to discuss. A phone number is optional. Please describe your workflow in general terms and leave out customer records, account credentials, and other sensitive details.

How we use your inquiry

We use your information to respond, arrange the conversation you requested, and keep track of follow-up about that request. If we agree to an assessment or project, its scope and terms are handled separately.

Where the information goes

The public website is configured to use Netlify for hosting, spam checks, and form storage, with notifications sent to our Google Workspace inbox. During private preview, ChatGPT hosts this version and form delivery is disabled. You can contact us directly by email. The people handling your inquiry use these systems to follow up. If you email us directly, your message goes to that inbox.

Site activity

Our hosting provider processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and secure the site. We haven’t installed visitor analytics or advertising trackers. The fonts and photographs are served with the site.

To ask about an inquiry or request a correction or deletion, email bradleywilson@aetheriaconsult.com. Include enough information to identify your request and leave out customer details.
